The utmost important spice that has a distinctive warm sweetness and fragrant makes it an essential culprit in making a chai. We use both Ceylon and Cassia.

Its strong Eucalyptus minty fragrant and pungent flavour plays important role when blending with other spices.Just chewing it freshen your breath.

Cloves

The robust and astringent spice have a subtle bitterness that helps to regulate sweetness of other spices. It also leaves numbing sensation in the mouth.

Our homegrown gem from Bentong region in Pahang Malaysia. Harvesting from high altitude farm, the Bentong ginger's distinctive fragrant and heat add a character that differ our chai from others.
