I used to be a corporate man. Turned myself into a barista since 2010. After uncountable espresso shots, I realised it's never the coffee, although i enjoy very much the process of coffee making. But It's always been the chai latte.

Being a trained barista i've sort of developed a sensitive taste palate and i can be picky on flavours. So i created my Chai based on the quintessence of all the coffee making experiences i had.

As i grow older, i have been slowing down my footsteps in all aspects of life. I prefer hand-pour over espresso, i commute slower, i take time to prepare my meals, sometimes i wouldn't even mind the holding up of the RFID queue. I try to remind myself be conscious in every breath and enjoy every moment. It's a Buddhist teaching that i practice. So profound, simple, yet, so hard to do it all the time.

Therefore while working on Rest In Nature's project, it allows myself to fully be in those moments. When i'm crafting works in the zone, i rest my thoughts to the nature's energy and let it flows naturally. Like waves that are always arising and subsiding unceasingly. And that is how i was thought to Rest In Nature.
